MEET THE PERSON BEHIND ACCORDING TO MORROW:

Global wellbeing leader. Writer. Traveler. Connector.

A Movement Rooted in Connection

I’m Lisa, a global wellbeing leader, writer, traveler and connector. For more than 25 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of people, health, technology and experience, helping organizations think more deeply about how people live and work.

My professional life has centered on global health, wellbeing, employee experience and the changing relationship between people and technology. That work has taught me to look beyond policies, platforms and trends and ask a more human question:

What does this actually feel like in someone’s life?

The same question runs through According to Morrow.

That curiosity has followed me far beyond the workplace. I’ve spent decades moving through the world, living abroad, traveling across more than 90 countries, volunteering in communities and collecting stories and encounters that have shaped my perspective.

According to Morrow is where those worlds meet.

Why I Created AtM

I created According to Morrow because I believe lived experience matters.

The most useful perspectives rarely come from theory alone. They come from trying, listening, observing, getting things wrong, changing course and learning from people whose lives look different from our own.

I’ve learned as much from conversations around unfamiliar tables, people I’ve met along the way and places that challenged what I thought I knew as I have from boardrooms, research and professional experience.

According to Morrow gives me a place to bring those worlds together and share the stories, questions and encounters that continue to shape how I see the world and how I choose to live within it.

HOWEVER YOU FOUND YOUR WAY HERE

Perhaps you came across a story on Instagram. Maybe we know one another professionally. Perhaps you searched for a place, followed a recommendation, heard about the Journal or simply found something that made you curious.

However you arrived, I’m glad curiosity brought you here.

I’ve never been particularly interested in experiencing the world from a distance. I want to understand what makes a place feel different, hear how someone else sees something, ask another question and occasionally discover that what I thought I knew wasn’t quite right.

That is what you’ll find here too.

Stories worth reading. People worth listening to. Places worth experiencing. Practical discoveries worth sharing. And sometimes, an idea that follows you home.

You may arrive for the place, but leave thinking differently about your own life.

LIVETOMORROW TODAY

There will always be reasons to wait.

For the right time. More certainty. The next chapter. An easier year. Someone else’s permission.

Live Tomorrow Today is my reminder not to keep postponing the life we imagine for later.

It isn’t about constantly chasing the next destination or filling every moment. Sometimes it means getting on a plane. Sometimes it means changing direction, beginning again, making a connection, asking the question or simply paying closer attention to the life already happening around us.

I don’t have all the answers. I’m still living the questions myself.

The stories I share here are simply what I discover along the way.

STAYCURIOUS

If something here made you curious, the Journal is where I take the story further.

It’s where I share the fuller perspective behind the people I meet, the places I experience and the moments that make me stop, reconsider or see something differently.

Sometimes there are discoveries and recommendations along the way. Sometimes there is a bigger question. There is always a story worth telling.
